Career so far:
After serving a 3 commercial apprenticeship for Rolls Royce, John joined the industry with Tip Top Accident Repairs in February 2000 as a receptionist, very quickly being given more and more opportunity. By 2003 developing into a Junior Manager under supervision of the management team. The site performed very successfully so in 2005, John took internal transfer to Stratford on Avon as a Site Manager, also gaining valuable experience in parts and estimating functions, the site improved year on year until John transferred to a shop in Cheltenham in February 2008. John has now rejoined GVS in 2009 to manage the 3rd shop in the group.
